2026-2027 TUITION ASSISTANCE TIMELINE
- December 1, 2025 – Applications are available
- March 6, 2026 – First round deadline for Financial Assistance consideration
- March – Award notifications will be emailed to parents
- June – Second round deadline for Financial Assistance consideration
- July – Award notifications will be emailed to parents
There are two funding sources for financial assistance available to STCS families: The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and the Saint Theresa Catholic School Financial Assistance endowments. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for both sources.

For those seeking financial assistance, during the online application process for FACTS you will also need to provide the following:
- Completed FACTS Application
- Prior year’s Federal tax forms (IRS Federal form 1040) including all supporting tax schedules.
- Prior year’s W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All documents must be uploaded in PDF format to FACTS.
All required documentation must be uploaded to FACTS and application must be “verified” or “DNF-Do Not File” status.
