I am humbly honored to be working at Saint Theresa Catholic School with first graders. I want your children to look forward to working with me. I was born in Houston, Texas, attended and graduated from Houston Independent School District public schools. I am a graduate of Texas Southern University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business in 1997. I enjoyed working for seventeen years for Houston Independent School District. After substituting at several different schools, I became a long term sub where I remained for three years. While being a long term sub, I was offered a teacher assistant position on the same campus. Life offered me many changes and challenges. I was offered a Human Resources position in the Central Office. After traveling different paths I came to realize my vision and true calling was to help children by creating a learning, peaceful, structured and loving environment.
