I grew up in Karachi, Pakistan, and learned about God and the Christian faith through the fine teaching of the Nuns at the Monastery of Angels. I have found myself deeply committed to what I learned there and to the teachings of the Church.
Following that, I was blessed to benefit from 10 years of Catholic education at St. Joseph’s Convent High School, followed by four years of College at St. Joseph’s College for Women. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Karachi, Pakistan in 2001.
I married my husband, Cedric, in 2007 at Saint Theresa Catholic Church. In 2013, we were blessed with a daughter, Brianna, who is now 6 years old. Brianna was baptized at Saint Theresa Church and we are delighted that she will be a part of the Classical education here at STCS starting this fall.
I am very excited to join the STCS team. My mission here will be following Jesus as our role model and sharing the message of the gospel in a nurturing, motivating, and challenging Catholic academic environment. One of my favorite scripture passages is Matthew 28:19: “Go and make disciples of all nations.”
