Shanna Brown-Kaiser has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science (Pre-Health) with a Biotechnology certification, has earned a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Administration, and another in Homeland Security. With a passion for research, she dubs herself as twice a student and once a teacher. She has formed the learning, training, speaking, and teaching philosophy of E3 = Educate, Engage, and Empower. She holds that with any exchange, there is a transfer of information across the planes.
Mrs. Brown-Kaiser is ecstatic about becoming more aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Saint Theresa Catholic School through Fides et Ratio. She has finally made it her business to follow her passion for creativity in hopes of discovering her purpose (yes, evermore the student).
With over twenty-plus years in the field of criminal justice while working with a diverse group of people from various socio-demo and economic backgrounds, she upholds, “What is undeniable is our humanity. Therefore: Through humility, see humanity; Be even more cautious about suffering in silence. It doesn’t bring triumph and usually lends itself to the disparity of ideas, inspiration, love, and success. Have faith with works.”
