The Ferry Family
St. Theresa Catholic School is a choice I made for my daughter and myself as a parent. I want her to have not only a well rounded and complete education but one that teaches her to be a devoted Catholic. I want her to have strength in her faith and have the education to succeed. While this school is new and has not yet had the chance to prove itself, I have faith in Father Reynolds, Jonathan Beeson and the dedicated teachers and the parish that it will provide our children with the best education and prepare them for what is ahead in life.
Starting up a school is as rewarding as it is challenging. As a parent, I get the rare privilege of being involved with the growth of the school. I have the opportunity to help shape the school to what it will be for years to come. Working along side other dedicated parents and teachers; we work together making it not only a great school for my child and current students but also for the students and parents yet to come.
We have been a part of the St. Theresa Catholic School since the day it opened. It has been as wonderful to watch it grow and succeed as it has been to watch my daughter become excited about learning. Her very first week she said she wanted to stay forever! She comes home wanting to recite poems and show me how she is learning the sounds of letters and how they make words. She has learned the different parts of mass and knows the prayers and songs. She is growing up and learning and I am glad that St. Theresa is a part of that.
Being a part of the school has given my family the pleasure of making new friends both with those involved with the school and others in the parish as well. We now have a greater since of belonging in the parish. It has brought out a commitment in us to continue to support our school and teachers and of course, our children.
